Emily Redfearn (she/her) is an illustrator & animator based in Sheffield, England. Emily’s work focuses on bright, bold shapes and colours, utilised through her quirky character designs. Emily enjoys breathing life into her projects, personifying the inanimate objects she makes her characters from. She also enjoys lettering within her illustrations. Her mediums vary from digital to marker pens and paints. She is also obsessed with her dachshund-poodle Ernie.

Some of the work Emily has been commissioned for ranges across TV documentaries, TV commercials, social/digital advertising, OOH advertising, GIFs & animations, hand drawn murals, branding assets and poster designs. Emily also speaks at universities such as Sheffield Hallam University as a visiting lecturer from time to time.
